〜配送代行サービスをご利用のお客様へ〜 いつもCALMA STOREをご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。 近年、海外のお客様からも多くのご注文をいただくようになり、私たちの商品が世界中に届いていることをとても嬉しく感じています。 その一方で、「転送業者（配送代行）」を利用したご注文に関して、誤配送や返品・交換、商品の不具合などのお問い合わせも増えてきました。これらに関して、当店では以下の方針で対応させていただいております。 ■ 海外配送を伴うご注文についての基本方針 海外に渡った商品の保証・サポートは行っておりません 日本国内から転送業者を経由して海外へ発送された商品については、当店としての保証・サポートの対象外となります。配送時の破損、紛失、不具合などの対応は、転送業者様とのご対応をお願いしております。 誤発送や交換対応が必要な場合、日本国内でのやりとりに限ります 万が一、当店の手違いによる誤発送や初期不良があった場合でも、返品・交換をご希望の際は、日本国内の住所まで返送いただく必要がございます。 海外から直接の返送はお受けしておらず、再発送も国内までとなります。予めご了承ください。 返金対応について 返品をご希望される場合、商品が日本国内に返送されたのち、状態を確認してから返金処理を行います。海外での商品確認・返金対応は行っておりません。 配送代行業者をご利用のお客様へお願い トラブル防止のため、ご注文前に以下をご確認ください： - 転送業者のサービス内容や補償範囲 - お届け先住所の正確性 - 商品の受け取り体制 - 配送代行業者に保証があるかどうか（破損・紛失・不着時の対応を含む）→ 万一の際に、当店ではなく配送業者の保証でのご対応となります。ご利用前に必ず各社のサポート内容をご確認ください。 ■ CALMA STOREとしての想い 私たちは、国内外問わず、CALMA STOREの商品を楽しみにしてくださるすべてのお客様に誠実で丁寧な対応を心がけています。ただし、物理的な配送の限界や、国内法・サービス規定の中で対応できることとできないことがあることを、どうかご理解いただけますと幸いです。 これからも、長く大切に使いたくなるようなアイテムを届けてまいります。引き続きCALMA STOREをよろしくお願いいたします。 Thank you for shopping at CALMA STORE. In response, we would like to share our store policy regarding such orders. ■ Our Basic Policy on International Shipments via Forwarding Services No Warranty or Support for Items Shipped Overseas via Forwarding ServicesOnce an item has been shipped from Japan and handed over to a forwarding company, it is no longer eligible for our warranty or customer support.In case of damage, loss, or defects during international transit, please contact your forwarding service provider directly. Returns and Exchanges Are Only Supported Within JapanIf there is a shipping error or initial defect due to our mistake, we will accept returns or exchanges only after the item has been returned to a Japanese address.We do not accept returns shipped directly from overseas, and we can only reship within Japan. Thank you for your understanding. About RefundsIf you wish to request a refund, the product must first be returned to us within Japan.
